Artists, songwriters, managers, agents, publishers, labels, producers, engineers, A&R, tour managers, technicians, promoters, publicists, journalists, radio, synchronisation… the list goes on. Communication is not something to be underestimated. Creating strong relationships and maintaining good communication is a key attribute needed by this working in the creative industries. Collaboration is not a word to be afraid of. By definition, it means to work together, especially in a joint intellectual effort. Ideas, products and businesses can be improved through collaboration.
Emma is a published songwriter, professional vocalist ,vocal coach, A&R and artist development manager currently working on the X factor. She is an international published songwriter signed to Notting Hill Music / 23rd Precinct.
She is a natural born networker with the ability to make people feel comfortable in her presence. Not only is she a gifted songwriter/singer and performer her experience and network of contacts has put her in a unique position of being able to develop and advise young talent as recording artists and songwriters.
Emma has an extensive back catalogue penning tracks and involved in projects with the likes of Sigala, Rudimental, The Voice, Wideboys, Micheal Gray, Sarah Connor, Manovski, Nicole Scherzinger, Craig David, Alesha Dixon, James Arthur, X Factor, Gary Barlow, Help for Heroes, Got7, Kumi Koda & Alle Farben
John Saunderson is the day to day contact for all writers within the company. John is responsible for pitching songs worldwide to major and independent labels on behalf of the constantly increasing number of talented writers there are on our roster. John also specialises in the organising of NHM’s highly successful writing camps and the Monthly Networking Nights both in the UK and abroad.
Paul founded SSB 21 years ago along with Sarah Stennett and Andrew Brabyn. SSB are a highly regarded entertainment law practice focused on the music industry who represent many multi-platinum artists, writers and producers.
Paul takes a pro-active, pragmatic and innovative approach, and he and his team have been fortunate to work for many talented and diverse clients including Rag N Bone Man, Dua Lipa, Asian Dub Foundation, Adele, Ellie Goulding, Zayn, 5 Seconds of Summer, The Prodigy, Olly Murs, Jamie T and Keane.
Starting his own promotions company Advance Promotions at 20 in the South West of England, Will then moved to SJM Concerts in 2006. After 5 years he moved to London to work at Live Nation.
To date Will has promoted over 1000 concerts across the UK and Europe working with acts such as Skrillex / Frank Ocean / Jessie J / Emile Sande & Ellie Goulding to name a few.
18 months ago Will started his own management company Sound Collective focussing on producers and songwriters. This has quickly grown into one of the largest producer and writer collectives in the UK looking after over twenty of the best in the country. Sound Collective is now producing and writing some of the hottest records at the moment, working with virtually all the major labels and a host of independents.

Vinesh started his career whilst studying Law & Philosophy at Keele University, during which time he became heavily involved within the running of events at the 2200 capacity Students' Union and eventually became solely responsible for the booking of all talent/entertainment. During this period, Keele was named in the Top 5 campuses for nightlife by "Which?" Online/Magazine after hosting the likes of Ed Sheeran, Ellie Goulding, Tinie Tempah and Gym Class Heroes. Vinesh went on to join Coalition Talent in 2013, initially developing the touring platform Coffee House Sessions which has toured the likes of Hudson Taylor, Tom Walker, The Shires and Izzy Bizu but to name a few and eventually transitioned into an Agent at the company building and developing his own roster comprising of Live and DJ artistes. His current list of clients includes Pixie Lott, The Hoosiers, The Showhawk Duo, Sondr, Karen Harding, Union J, Jack & Joel and The Midnight Beast whilst he also works on the DJ careers of Radio 1's Huw Stephens, Nick Grimshaw and Cel Spellman as well as Charli XCX, Brad Simpson (The Vamps) and social influencer Jack Maynard. Vinesh was shortlisted for "Agent of The Year" at the Live UK Music Awards 2017, finishing in the Top 3.
