Lucy is Music Strategy & Operations Lead at Spotify UK & Ireland, where she is responsible for team strategy and operations, industry partnerships and artist and industry education. She previously worked in Spotify’s Artist & Label Partnerships team, building impactful partnerships with the UK and Ireland independent music community to drive artist development. The Spotify Music Team is responsible for outstanding editorial curation, building industry-leading partnerships with artists and labels, and executing best-in-class music and cultural marketing campaigns.

Prior to joining Spotify in 2017, Lucy specialised in digital marketing at some of the music industry's leading companies, including The Orchard, Ministry of Sound and Involved Productions.
