Spotlight : Distiller Music Group
We’re shining a spotlight on our incredible partner Distiller Music Group. After attending Resonate in 2018, Distiller CEO John Thompson kept in regular contact with our team. Speaking on our A&R panel alongside James Harwood (The Label), Alex Peppiatt (Parlophone) & Dylan First (One House Artists), John brought a wealth of knowledge & experience to that session and we’re pleased to have developed our relationship to encompass Distiller as our key partner for Resonate this year.
London-based Distiller Music’s core vision is to create an artist friendly environment where new talent can be nurtured and developed. Fully independent, the company has interests across a number of industry sectors including Distiller Records, Distiller Publishing and Distiller Live. It also owns a state-of-the-art, residential recording studio complex, The Distillery near Bath, where the Distiller TV sessions take place. Distiller TV has grown to be an extremely popular YouTube channel with a diverse display of content which includes sessions, interviews, songwriting camps, official videos and more. Highlight some of the sublime Scottish contingent that have appeared which has included; The Snuts, Fatherson, The Ninth Wave, Lucia & The Best Boys, Declan Welsh & The Decadent West & Walt Disco.
